At LTVplus, we believe that how we work is just as important as what we do. We’ve built a community based on trust, kindness, and extreme accountability. This Code of Conduct is our roadmap for creating a harmonious, fun, and successful environment for everyone—from our newest contractors to our long-term partners.
Our culture isn’t just a poster on a wall; it’s lived through these three pillars:
We celebrate diversity. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind—whether based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected class. Everyone deserves to work in an environment free from bullying, rumors, and intimidation.
When in doubt about a decision, ask yourself:
If you see something that doesn’t feel right, say something. We encourage all staff to report unethical or illegal behavior immediately without fear of retaliation. We’ve got your back.
We trust your judgment, but please avoid situations where personal interests might conflict with the company’s best interests. If a potential conflict arises, just let us know—transparency is key!
We win business based on the quality of our work, not through favors. While small tokens of appreciation (like promotional items) are fine, we never accept or offer bribes, “grease” payments, or significant gifts that could influence a decision.
We handle sensitive data—from customer lists to personal info—with the highest level of care. We respect international privacy laws and ensure that “private” stays private.
Be yourself, but be mindful! When posting online about the company, be accurate and respectful. Unless you’re part of the Revenue Ops team, please refer media or legal inquiries to HR.
From Google Workspace to Time Doctor (productivity tool), our tools are there to help you succeed. We ask that you use company assets efficiently and only for legitimate business purposes.
We are committed to a supply chain that honors human rights. We have a zero-tolerance policy for forced labor or child labor, and we actively seek out partners who prioritize sustainability and environmental responsibility.
We want everyone to succeed. If things go off track, we use our Corrective Action Process (CANDo) to provide clear feedback and a path back to excellence.
