Beware of Fake LTVplus Sites Circulating: Here’s How to Stay Safe

We’ve recently been made aware of fraudulent websites impersonating LTVplus, created to scam individuals and businesses. Here’s what you need to know.

What’s happening?

Over the past weeks, we have received reports of multiple scam websites and job postings falsely claiming to represent LTVplus. These impersonators are copying our branding and using our company name to trick people into sharing personal data and even sending money.

These fraudulent websites are in no way affiliated with LTVplus. We are urging everyone to stay alert to protect themselves against cyber threats.

We take these impersonations seriously and are actively working to take down these fake websites and accounts.

What these scams look like

Here are a few patterns we’ve noticed from the reported scams:

  • Fake websites using our name and logo but with slightly altered URLs. Here are some of the ones we’ve identified so far:
    • ltvplus-system.com
    • ltvplus-backend.com
    • ltvplus-members.com
    • ltvplus-member.com
  • Fake job offers sent through unofficial channels such as Telegram or Facebook Messenger.
  • “Recruiters” impersonate LTVplus team members via WhatsApp or email using non-official domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
  • Requests for personal data or money transfers as part of a fake hiring or onboarding process.

How to spot the real LTVplus

If you’ve come across them or have been contacted by them, please do not engage. We have reported this to the appropriate hosting providers for a takedown.

To help you stay safe, here’s how you can recognize the legitimate LTVplus:

  • Our official website is: www.ltvplus.com (no other variations)
  • Official emails only come from @ltvplus.com domains
  • Our team will only communicate with candidates through official job platforms, our Careers page, or via verified LinkedIn accounts. We do not conduct job interviews or outreach via Telegram or WhatsApp unless pre-arranged through verified channels
  • We would never reach out first or request a fee for any job postings via email or social media

If you’re ever unsure whether you’re speaking to someone from our team, feel free to verify by emailing us directly at hello@ltvplus.com.

What to do if you’ve been targeted

If you think you’ve encountered a scam pretending to be LTVplus:

  1. Do not respond, send money, or share personal information.
  2. Take a screenshot of the suspicious website or message.
  3. Report the scam to relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  4. Let us know by sending a report to hello@ltvplus.com so we can investigate and take action.

What LTVplus is doing to protect our brand and our customers

Unfortunately, scammers are getting more sophisticated. With your help and awareness, we can fight back. If you see anything suspicious, please let us know right away. And feel free to share this post to help others stay safe too.

Thank you for being part of the LTVplus community and helping us keep it secure.
