How we calculate this
Ticket hours = tickets per month × average minutes per ticket ÷ 60.
Team capacity = techs × ticket hours per tech per week × 52 ÷ 12. Using hours actually spent on tickets, not paid hours, keeps the number honest.
Capacity used = ticket hours ÷ team capacity. Above 100%, tickets come in faster than your team can clear them, so the backlog grows every month.
The forecast grows ticket hours by your monthly growth rate for 12 months. Engineers needed = month 12's ticket hours ÷ one tech's monthly capacity, minus your current techs, rounded up.
LTVplus pricing uses the help desk starting price per dedicated engineer. Final pricing depends on coverage hours, tools and ticket profile.
