2026 & 2027 MSP Conferences and Trade Shows: The Complete List

MSP executives and industry leaders together in an MSP conference and exhibit

In this guide:

  • This guide lists every MSP conference, trade show, and roadshow worth knowing about. Each entry has the date, location, attendance fee, and a direct link to register or apply. Use the summary table below to scan the full list at once, or jump straight to your region for the fee, organizer, and a short description of each.
  • MSP events fall into three broad formats: vendor-run user conferences, independent trade shows and expos, and free peer-led summits or roadshows.
  • Dates, cities, and fees change every year, so this list gets refreshed as organizers confirm the next edition. Several events here also rotate venues annually, so the organizer link on each entry is the fastest way to confirm the current schedule before you book travel.
  • This list is meant to be the page you bookmark, not a one-time roundup. If your MSP is trying to decide which shows are worth the flight and the booth fee this year, or you're a vendor scouting where MSPs actually show up, start here.

What's the difference between a conference, a trade show, and a roadshow?

The terms get used interchangeably, but the format changes what you should expect to get out of attending.

  • A vendor user conference is built for product roadmap, training, and certifications for MSPs already on that vendor's platform. Examples include Kaseya Connect, N-able Empower, NinjaOne MSPNXT, and Pax8 Beyond.
  • An independent trade show/expo is a good venue for comparing vendors side by side, sourcing new tools, and attending broad industry sessions. Examples include MSP Expo, MSP Show, MSP Global, Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
  • A peer summit or roadshow is a smaller-room networking with other MSP leaders. These are usually free with minimal sales pitching. Examples are Managed Services Summit, MSP Channel Insights Roadshow, ASCII Edge.

Before you commit a booth fee or a flight, check who else is attending, not just who's speaking. A vendor conference is worth it if you're already deep in that platform; an independent trade show earns its keep when you're actively evaluating new tools; a free roadshow or peer summit is the easiest way to test a region before spending a real budget there.

MSP peer communities and buying groups worth joining

Unlike everything above, these aren't single dated events. These are always-on memberships you join once and get ongoing value from year-round. Worth knowing about if a one-time conference ticket isn't what you're after.

GTIA community

What it is: GTIA (formerly CompTIA) runs a vendor-neutral, nonprofit membership community for IT solution providers and MSPs. Membership gives you access to experienced operators, industry leaders, decision-makers, and peers that can be instrumental in your MSP scaling journey.

Cost: Membership is company-wide (no per-user fee) and priced by region; roughly $450/year in the US, £295 (ex VAT) in the UK, and €249 in Benelux/DACH/Ireland; other regions vary.

How to join: Apply directly at gtia.org/new-membership.

The Tech Tribe

What it is: The Tech Tribe is a paid online community and membership program for MSP owners, founded by Nigel Moore. It includes peer discussion (no vendor sales pitches), courses on sales/marketing/operations, done-for-you templates (contracts, onboarding docs, security policies), and monthly marketing content.

Cost: Two tiers to choose from ($59 and $79 per month); There is also an exclusive Rainmakers tier which is application-only.

How to join: Join The Tribe here. Pick a tier on the website; no long-term contract, cancel anytime.

How to decide which MSP shows to attend this year

A few questions worth asking before you commit a budget line to any one event:

  • Are you looking for new tools? If your MSP is shopping for new tools or a new PSA/RMM, an independent trade show with a full expo hall (MSP Expo, MSP Global, MSP Show) gives you the widest side-by-side comparison in one trip.
  • Are you already committed to a platform? A vendor's own user conference (Kaseya Connect, N-able Empower, NinjaOne MSPNXT) tends to have the deepest product training and the most direct access to that vendor's roadmap and support staff.
  • Do you need peers more than vendors? Free roadshows and regional summits (Managed Services Summit, MSP Channel Insights Roadshow, ASCII Edge) are built around smaller rooms and less sales pressure. These events are useful if what you actually want is to compare notes with other MSP owners.

See you on the show floor

LTVplus works alongside MSPs as a managed support and CX outsourcing partner, and our team shows up at a number of the events on this list. If you're headed to one of them too, reach out! We'd rather compare notes in person than just publish a list and disappear.

Frequently asked questions

What is the biggest MSP conference?

By attendee count, Kaseya Connect Global and IT Nation Connect are among the largest MSP-specific events, each drawing several thousand attendees. MSP Global and Channel Partners Conference & Expo are also large but cover the wider IT channel rather than MSPs exclusively.

Are there free MSP conferences?

Yes. The Managed Services Summit series, MSP Show, MSP Show Netherlands, and the MSP Channel Insights Roadshow are free to attend (some require applying or qualifying as an MSP first). GTIA's ChannelCon events are free for GTIA members.

How far in advance should an MSP register for a conference?

Most vendor conferences (Kaseya Connect, N-able Empower, Pax8 Beyond) offer early-bird pricing that closes 4–6 months before the event, so registering early can meaningfully cut the cost. Free events usually open registration a few months out and don't carry the same time pressure.

Do I need a booth, or is attending as a visitor enough?

It depends on the goal. Vendors and MSPs selling services to other MSPs typically get more value from a booth or sponsorship. MSPs attending to source tools, train staff, or network usually get full value from a standard attendee pass.
