Global hiring questions

One-time searches require a $500 retainer to start, which is credited toward your success fee. The success fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary: 30% for one-time searches, or 15% with a Hiring Partnership membership. Membership clients pay no retainer.

If a hire doesn’t work out within the first 90 days for any reason, we’ll find you a replacement at no additional cost. One replacement per placement is included. You only pay the success fee once.

At 2 or more hires per year, the membership typically pays for itself through the lower 15% fee. You also get a dedicated recruiter, priority pipeline access, and salary benchmarking — which means faster, better-fit hires.

With Global Hiring, we recruit the talent and you manage them directly – they join your team as your employees or contractors. With a Managed Team, we recruit, hire, train, and manage the entire team for you. They work under your brand but we handle all operations. Choose hiring if you want control; choose managed if you want results without the management burden.

Most searches deliver a shortlist within 7–12 business days. For specialized or senior roles, it may take 2–3 weeks. Membership clients get priority pipeline access and faster turnaround.
