The success fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary: 30% for one-time searches, or 15% with a Hiring Partnership membership ($499/mo annual or $800/mo monthly). With the pay-per-hire option, there are no upfront costs — you only pay when you hire.
If a hire doesn’t work out within the first 90 days for any reason, we replace them at no additional cost. You only pay the success fee once per placement.
Most searches deliver a shortlist within 7–12 business days. For specialized or senior roles, it may take 2–3 weeks. Membership clients get priority pipeline access and faster turnaround.
